At what point does cynicism change from being 'healthy' to 'unhealthy'? There's a lot of it about!

When One just sees the bad in People without bothering to look for the good,
when You stop trusting even the Folks who love You,
When You're afraid of People who are different from Yourself,
When You think Folks just want to take from You and not give.

That way of thinking will ruin Your Life not just Your health, :~)
