the red arrows

Carnival day tomorrow , the town is full to bursting , the beaches packed with happy holidaymakers, the wonderful red arrows will be high in the sky doing their wonderful acrobats for us . I just love them and feel so proud of them as they fly over and leave us with a giant pink heart in the sky

Don't you just love em too

Re: the red arrows

I saw them go over Babbacombe Beach in 1975 whilst on holiday, they scared me to death, we were unaware of them coming but they looked great in the sky...
Have a wonderful day Susan and i hope the weather stays nice for you.

Re: the red arrows

I also feel the LOVE for the Red Arrows.
Its so exciting to watch them.
I always think of the pioneers of air planes who would
be absolutely flattened by the speed and grace the
Arrows have in the air. I suppose we have to thank
Orville and Wilbur Wright for their hope that something
could fly. At least Orville lived long enough to see the
jet engine in the WW two.
Enjoy yourselves I wish I could see them too.
Last time was a few years ago at Silverstone at the Grand Prix.
