Hi, From Idaho USA

Hello everyone, im kinda new to this and hope I can get the hang of this ! I am originally from Derby UK, and been in the States for 30 years. I married my pen pal U.S.Paratrooper while he was stationed in Italy, in 1985. Married 26 wonderful years until he tragically passed away 4 years ago.I had lost all motivation to get on with life but I am gradually trying to get on with life. Anyway, hope I can join in some of the conversations on the forums (did the fitness forum here! for starters !)so looking forward to joining in.

Thanks Meg, that will be nice. I see your picture of a dog, is this your pet?
I love dogs, grew up with dogs !, and I have two dogs. Archie he is 12yrs old and Trevor hes 6. They are the most loveable dogs. I would post a picture of them but I am not computer savvy ! so don't know how !

My late mother had a penfriend in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
They began writing in 1939 & only ended with dear mum's passing in 2011.
72 years they corresponded & met only once in 2005, mum's 80th birthday
