Roll on 30 April....
....that's the date I become a full-time retired person
Gave my notice in at work on Friday. Although I have enjoyed every minute working at the Vets, I have decided that its now time for 'me'. Have got plans in place already...decorating throughout-sorting the garden-outside painting to do etc. and if I don't feel like doing anything I won't, I'll just relax and enjoy 'my time'

You'll love it Merz, it will take a couple of months for you to adapt to retired life but you won't look back once you get into a retired life routine. You'll be able to do all those things you've always wanted to do but have never had the time. Start counting down the days
