Good Afternoon all!

Had a visit from my daughter and her family this morning, they brought round some info for our holiday later in the year.
Katie and Jamie were excited and reminded me that I promised to make them a cappuccino with marshmallows in it, on their next visit They enjoyed it anyway

It's something and nothing weather here, solid cloud and damp Surely things will improve soon!

Good afternoon Brandykins,

I've felled two Plum trees this morning

That's about as much garden work as I've done since I broke my leg For the tree huggers amongst us I should point out that they were old, the previous owners only keept them to make Plum Brandy, and they were bloking the light to our study, oh and I will be making bowls and other crafty stuff from the wood when it's dried in two years time (Assuming I live that long )

A couple of 'hot' threads started I see (The NHS & ENL) I'm keeping out for now as I only have 5 miutes allowed on OFF at the present time, might pop back sometime and see if they have been locked (Mods - I'm only joking)

A much better day, bright sunshine and warming up: 0.9 (34 F) and the howling winds have gone. We had a light dusting of snow overnight so the mini-Matterhorns aren't as grey and grimy, but still around and will be for a while as the temps will remain below normal for the coming week. Big sigh!
