I've a hospital appointment this morning to assess me for a cataract operation.

Alan,I hope the assessment goes well, that cataract procedure usually gives brilliant results and I believe the effects are immediate, good luck with it ...

Good morning all, a clear blue sky here but not sure it will last, cloud and showers later apparently.

Monday food shopping for us first thing, then we are expecting visitors for lunch, although we may be lazy and take them down the pub instead of cooking.

All the best with the hospital appointment Alan, not much happening today.

District nurse will be here soon, then i will go to the library to get some photos of my foot printed for the Podiatrist tomorrow. No way am i letting them touch the vacuum dressing after the mess they made of it last time.

Busy trying my hand again at pastels, slightly better than my last effort, WIP.

I'm off to Gulliver's Kingdom at Matlock Bath for the day with my 10 year old granddaughter Taylor. There's lots of new rides she tells me... I can't wait. lol

Good morning fellow members I got caught in a heavy shower when taking Chloe, enough to soak me but not the garden so I still need to water.

Baking to do today cherry and almond buns for a picnic with the children tomorrow and the usual cleaning .
