Over the hill.

It's obvious really but I did'nt prepare myself for the way time has speeded up once I was over the hill. It's all downhill & faster & faster now.

You have to grab the Bull by the horns now RJ, as you said many times old age is no place for wimps.
True the days go much quicker and we get slower but we all knew it was coming, so the way I look at it is make the best of what we have left. I’m grateful I got as far as I got without too much hassle along the way, I enjoyed meself, but realise that all good things come to an end. Cheer up and make the best of it young man.
