My goodies from the 50+ show
Here's what I brought back from the show
Numerous brochures and leaflets
14 pens (!)
1 tiny bag within a bag
3 sweets (plus 1 I ate there)
1 little plastic case containing mint sweets
5 keyrings (1 from LV is also a torch)
4 chocolates
1 USB flash drive (? 3GB)
eye drops
toiletries
luggage tag
note pad
post it notes
3 bags made of material
2 hessian type bags from Churchill (that shed bits)
6 plastic carrier bags
fridge magnet (advertising home insurance)
Disappointing show as it was much smaller than previous years, with not so many exhibitors. I still walked round and round hoping to find a stall that I hadn't visited. Asked for pens, or just grabbed them, just as I asked for the bags.
Entered loads of competitions, so gave a seldom used email address to avoid spam in my usual folder.
Took my own lunch but left around 1.45 (having got there just after 9.30 when it opened), but had had a couple of sit downs to drink coffee or eat. Talked to lots of exhibitors.
Exhausted when I got home and went to bed for an hour, after drinking a much needed cup of tea.
Roll on next year...
