Wind Chimes

I have put mine out for the Summer, I love the tinkly sound they make. They are not loud or intrusive, to bother my neighbour. just a gentle sound, when I we sit out.

Re: Wind Chimes

I have a little set in the kitchen window so only when the window is open they make a noise (very quietly) but we thought with neighbours we have better to be safe than sorry. Idiots accused us of having birds that wake them up in the mornings obviously never heard a dawn chorus before

Re: Wind Chimes

I love wind chimes...I have a couple of medium sized ones indoors..but I like hanging items that look pretty, like crystals and hanging decorations of hearts ,I have several of these in my lounge
The huge bamboo ones for outdoors are nice but I think my neighbour would get sick of the sound of those.

Re: Wind Chimes

No. I don't like them, they annoy the life out of me. I much prefer loud, head banging music, played at full blast until the early hours of the morning. Now that is annoying the neighbours

Re: Wind Chimes

No, truthfully, they annoy me, as do all day all night water pumps in garden ponds.

I have a low tolerance to such sounds, which I admit can be enjoyable for most people.

Re: Wind Chimes

I don't like the clank clank of bamboo chimes but I love the deep chimes of the large metal ones that have been tuned.
