Running from Edinburgh Waverly to Fife and back today to mark the 125th anniversary of the Forth Rail Bridge.

Who says pollution is bad, I once remember getting caught on an open footbridge over the railway when a high speed steam locomotive passed below, smoke everywhere, sparks and embers up the trouser legs, eyes and nose full of soot.! FANTASTIC

We rode the Tornado on both the North Yorks Railway and on the Severn Valley Railway, a truly fantastic piece of engineering.
