Happy Thursday Folk.

The marina at St Peter Port in Guernsey.
What a scorcher it was yesterday.The forecast is for the same sort of temperature every day while we are in Italy next week. I hope our hotel has air conditioning.

A scorcher indeed Alan, we had a thunderstorm with lots of noise and some lightning but only a few spots of light rain for a couple of minutes, a real anticlimax...

Good morning everyone, looks like Meg has picked a good week for her hols with more hot and dry forecast through to next week I belive.

Nothing much planned apart from keeping cool, cooking bangers and mash for lunch and visiting friends this afternoon.

It is far from summer temperatures here...running way below comfortable to sit outside. Rob is working on his model sail boat for the American regatta next month...the highlight of his sailing year. There are 28 members of the local club that sail models at the pond.

I am feeling pretty good this morning and hope all of you can say the same.
