My Davey is Going to Be a Daddy
As I've posted elsewhere. I could get on the roof with a megaphone and announce it. My eldest boy is making me a Grandma. Never thought I'd live to see the day. They've always been too busy to have time for pets or babies. I suppose they did it nicely though. Traveling for a decade and now ready to settle down.Our family is originally from Wales and my son and I got the bright red hair. The Mummy to be is Thai. So I'm imagining caramel skin, blue almond eyes and ginger hair. In any case I am absolutely thrilled. They tell me the grands are so much more fun than their parents...love 'em and spoil them rotten then send them home
grandchildren are great fun

Congratulations Ophelia. That is great news.One of the loveliest things in life is being a granny. I know because I have six grandchildren and six great grandchildren and love them and have spoilt them all to bits. Mind you most of them are married now but my youngest grandchild is eight and she is my little friend who I have stay with me most weekends.
My youngest Great grandchild is four and he is visiting me with his mommy tomorrow.
