Is this a good idea?
I saw an article today that said from next April there will be a new free Helpline to call during power cuts.

105 will mean people will no longer have to fumble about trying to find their electricity operator's 11-digit number by torchlight.
It follows the 2013 storms when 800,000 callers needed help in blacked-out homes.
Regulators Ofcom said the new simple number was one of the 'essentials of life.'
Seemed like a sensible idea to me. What do you think?
