Sheila's off out with her pal this morning so I'll be holding the fort. It's my world famous 'fish and pasta bake' for lunch.

Good morning everyone, thick with fog out there at the moment but will brighten later into snother lovely day I reckon.

Mrs P is laid low with a painful throat and a really bad cold coming on, so I'm doing the nursing as well as handling all of the household management issues in the interim...( well alright the cooking and cleaning then )

Good morning all. It's looking decidedly cooler outside. It's indoor activities for me today - child minding and swimming.
I'll be pleased when I can get a sit down - about 6.00pm tonight when Ady collects the children..
