Re: Jacaranda Trees

They are lovely. I've seen them when we went to Portugal.

Re: Jacaranda Trees

Reminds me a bit of our Wisteria colour, but a tree as opposed to a climber.
It's lovely clumsy.

They are really lovely at the present time, some of them are huge and look spectacular.

Re: Jacaranda Trees

I love the colour in spring, used to have a large jacaranda tree in my garden (not in UK) years ago, the children used to sit in one of it's branches watching what was going on beneath.

Re: Jacaranda Trees

Simply beautiful Loretta

Many years ago we holidayed in Madeira in May and often walked along the main road leading into Funchal. It was ablaze with the beautiful blue jacaranda trees lining either side of the road, one of the most picturesque roads I've ever seen.

Loretta I saw them in abundance in Australia. Absolutely beautiful. I'd never seen them before.

Re: Jacaranda Trees

Thanks for sharing those beautiful trees with us .. we are approaching winter now so it is good to see the colour. I also love the carpet they form as the blossoms fall.
