tights

This will be for the ladies (I think )

Do you still wear stockings or tights? I can't remember the last time I did! I wear mostly trousers with socks, or a maxi dress. I don't even think I'd feel comfortable wearing tights now.

I did try those Apricot. I just don't have the legs for them. They do seem more comfortable I've heard.

I tried tights when they first appeared but found them hot and uncomfortable. I much prefer stockings and wear them (the hold up kind) with everything except on the rare occasions I wear trousers, then I use socks.

Tights are OK but only the nice thick ones 120 denier in the winter, in the summer I like short socks as I wear trainers most of the time. Don't much care they look a bit odd my feet, my legs, my choice

Many years ago I bought a pair of hold ups. Walking along the road thinking I was "looking good" I realised the blinking things were rolling down , I had nowhere to nip into to roll them up , then to my horror they had rolled right down to my ankles !

I haven´t worn tights or stockings since I left England. These days socks only during winter months when it´s cold.

My husband used to wear them on his milkround in the winter warmed his legs and feet very well.
