Jackie Trent RIP

Just heard that the lovely Jackie Trent has died aged 74. She lived in Menorca and passed away yesterday on the 21st March.
Loved a lot of the songs she co-wrote with her husband
Tony Hatch. They made a fortune from writing the songs and music for popular artists like Shirley Bassey, Val Donican and also TV programmes like Neighbours. I remember a song she sang as the singer as well as the writer and that was called Where Are You Now in 1965 which I used to sing a lot just loved the haunting tune.

Still listen to 'Where are you now' - beautiful song and a very talented singer she was - bless her, I remember her fondly
