Easter Sunday lunch

Have got my leg of lamb{predictable I know] now safely tucked away in the freezer.
#Am just pondering what to have as starters ?
Any suggestions ?

Hi Apricot, is this for you and your family? You could alway's have Carrot and Coriander soup.
