Hmm, from the things I own...My exercise bike It was only £50 but I really like it - use it every other day.
My sit-up bench - again relatively inexpensive (£18 from argos) and I try to use it a few times a week. Good health around your tummy is good for you/your digestion.
And that's about it - I have simple needs

My hot water bottle - could not have survived 48 hours heatless when the boiler was dead without it!The carpet sweeper -when I'm too lazy for a good hoovering

Scented Candles.........always have a stock in
Mobile Phone
Photographs on the wall of all my labradors past and present
A cut out of a Hippo which my niece coloured for me when she was 3-she's now nearly 30-promised I would keep it forever-it hangs on my bedroom door handle
A candle in a beautiful holder that one of my nieces brought back from America-too nice to burn
All my Tina Turner videos/CDs
Thats about all I can think of at the moment........
