Idiots !
Sorry don't normally name call but this morning new vision homes who now seem to own our council flats have been round and put up scaffolding because people above us are having their boiler replaced. No problem it happens and we all have problems sometimes but just went to open my kitchen window to cook lunch (steam needs venting) and the pole nearly went through the pane they have put the scaffolding up so I can't use my window !Last time we had scaffolding here it took them nearly 5 months to come back and remove it !
So I have just rung and spoken to them to get them to fix it but have a feeling they think I am a nutter because I want to open a window in January

We had one first 20 years we lived here but when the window was broken by my upstairs neighbour chucking a dressing table out of their window the council only agreed to replace the glass they said the extractor would cost too much to replace.Any way update this morning, gentle man has just been round from the company tut tutted over the stupidity and moved the offending pole. So drama over and window is open.
