Pyjama party..

My daughter in law Paula had her first fun of the year last night when she went to a friends Pyjama party - an all girls party, wine, chat & fun... dressed in their PJ's.

Honestly though! I can't see the advantage of wearing ones pyjamas to have a gathering with your friends.

I must be missing the point!

I've never fathomed that out either, Carol. Is it supposed to add to the ambience, or something, do you think?

Re: Pyjama party..

Well last week, when I went round the shop to pay my papers, there was a young woman in there with her toddler child, and they were BOTH in their Jim-jams. What a way to teach her kids.

I guess if you are having a 'sleep over' you can just clean your teeth and tumble into bed and if some silly person has had too much to drink you won't need to undress them

Re: Pyjama party..

I'm at that funny age, phew , where it wouldn't be a pyjama party for me. It would have to be a very light nightie. I can't bear to wear pyjamas these days. Far too warm.

Oh gosh, I am afraid I could not wear a Onsie, I do not think they are such flattering garments,we all like to dress up, not down at Christmas . However, you sound as though you had fun.
