Another disappearance from supermarket shelves...

...toast topper!

I searched in vain yesterday, in both Morrisons and Sainsburys. Is it another victim of (a) an unpopular item or (b) making room for something else?

I find Morrisons often disappear things, only for them to return later, sometimes its to try out something else on their shelves, possibly they are getting a better deal on the price for a period, or its a method of keeping producers in line.

I find a number of things are removed to make way for Christmas items and return again after the holidays

They sell it in more corner shops here, than supermarkets. It still exists

Heinz have discontinued toast toppers Jazzi so you won't find them in the supermarkets any more !

Sainsburys have a nasty habit of removing a brand from their shelves and replacing it with their own brand which I then refuse to buy. Mind you some things are seasonal. Ever tried buying a Walnut Whip anytime other than Christmas? lol
