Leftovers.

What is your favourite way of using up the leftover turkey after Christmas dinner?

I make a pie thing using filo pastry. I'm not sure where I got the recipe from, Hairy Bikers most likely.

Re: Leftovers.

I solve the problem by cooking a chicken and a veggie dish and it's all gone after having it hot one day and cold the next.
Anything left on the bird after that is dog treats.

Never used Filo pastry, only Shortcrust or Puff - I'm intrigued now, describe it to me Fendy
