I've seen so much of it lately and it seems to be getting worse on the run up to Christmas. Have you experienced it..or even caused it?
I am trying to avoid the roads as much as possible in the maddness which is Christmas. I will be be doing my shopping at 8am tomorrow when hopefully the awkward squad will still be in bed
Once I caused it quite by accident, I had lost my rearview mirror. I used my side mirrors to see if anyone was coming before I changed lanes. No one there, so I started changing.
HONKKKKKKKK,this truck appears from nowhere. He just got past me, and slowed down to give me a very nasty gesture and a lecture. He was speeding, so .......... him.
So much of that sort of thing. Once upon a time a family were considered lucky if they had a family car. These day often Mum has a car, Dad has a car and all of their 2.4 kids have cars. No wonder there is so much anger on the roads with so much congestion.
People are distracted this time of year, I get cross with folk delivering Xmas cards & presents, they spot the house they want to stop at and just pull in with no warning, I don't mean delivery drivers, just people calling in to friends & relations.
Staying alert and leaving a good distance behind other vehicles is the secret..until white van man overtakes you and crams him..or herself in between you. Not forgetting Boy Racer of course.

I've found women in particular to be the worst offenders. Right up yer behookie on the road. Can't get you out of their way fast enough. Some with children on board stickers. Shame on them!

Certainly time have changed on the road, Once upon a time it was a teenage boy in a V8 that hurtled past you in the inside lane on his way to oblivion, these days it is more likely to be a female driver on her red Ps.
(L and P platers can't drive V8s any more, at least not in NSW)
