When thinking about this from my point of view, I found it very hard. I don't have any material needs. I guess it might be nice if I was less of hypochondriac, although if I wasn't I wouldn't be me, and being me is very important as far as I am concerned.

I have been granted a wish that will truly benefit me.
My close family that live on the other side of the world are coming to see us next year. I can't wish for more than that.

That one's easy, less aches and pains. No, I don't have anything serious, but I would like to be more active. I have a ton of hobbies, but the old body balks when I overdo it. The mind still thinks its 25, but the body doesn't agree.
