Problems with email?

Hi, Anyone else having problems with B.T. /Yahoo email accounts?
Twice within the past 24 hours I've not been able to access my emails...

I believe there has been an intermittent problem for several days. Sometimes I can log in sometimes not. Sending has been a bit iffy too since before the weekend. They tell me they are working on the problems.

Fortunately, I have kept my old 'Orange' email address active,
which I will revert back to if the problems persist...

I personally am not on BT but my cousin is. He has trouble with
the e mail as he likes to type me long letters and it keeps cutting
him off before he has finished and he ends up having to start again
and trying to remember what he put.
Does this problem also happen.
I have told him to talk to BT customer services but I don't know
if he has done that yet.

It should save to draft folder every few minutes so he shouldn't lose it all, but what I do is write in my word programme first (get the spelling etc right) then copy and paste into the email which means nothing ever lost.
