Hand Creams .....

My hands get so dry and winter hasn't set in yet - I don't like scented ones or greasy ones.
Anyone here using a good un ......?

I think most of the richer creams are greasy Patsy. I also get very dry hands and I use Nivea or E45.

I use Atrixo Intensive Protection Cream on my hands, it isn't 'over scented' and absorbs into the skin quickly without leaving that stickiness that you get with some hand creams. I notice the difference instantly and my hands feel soft and smooth.

I like a small bit of Neutrogena. I don't moisturise my hands as often as I should. I'm forever washing them and using alcohol gel at work

My middle daughter, works in a school kitchen and constantly has wet hands, which get very sore & cracked, she swears by Aveena, I like Atrixo but it is perfumed.

I like Aveeno too Twiz, and it's not at all greasy is it.

As a hand & body cream though, my favourite I like to treat myself to is the unscented one from "Handmade Naturals". I love their products and wouldn't use anything else but their brand face moisturiser. Face like a baby's bum I've got - and you can take that how you want.

By the way Twiz, when I was young I did a hairdressing apprenticeship and the lotions and shampoos used to crack my hands and even make them bleed sometimes. The best cure for your daughter is, to cake her hands in loads of good moisturiser at bedtime, and pop a pair of lightweight cotton gloves on overnight. Do this every night and her hands will be like a baby's bum too.

Re: Hand Creams .....

What wrong with sorbolene? Cheap as chips and what most hand creams are made of anyway.

Or, if you want to pay the same for less; lanolin cream, again as cheap as.

Don't see them over here Bruce may be why we don't use them I do remember lanolin from when I was a child but it's not been very popular for many years I wouldn't use it because I am vegetarian but I am not sure why it became so unpopular with others.
