Funchal in Madeira.
All went well on our trip up to Mansfield yesterday except that on our way back home a car pulled up alongside me at some traffic lights and the passenger told me that I had a seriously flat tyre. I pulled in the next lay-by and checked but there was no flat tyre but it had me worried and I completed the rest of my journey at a slower speed than I would otherwise have done. I'll get out my pressure gauge when it gets light but it occurred to me that this might be some stupid prank that's doing the rounds.

After a cold, miserable, wet morning, we were surprised late in the afternoon with some sunshine. And it was lovely. Was warm enough for t-shirts! And a nice cold beer or two.....!!

Misty here again this morning but will hopefully brighten up later. I have a less than exciting day of cleaning planned Hope your Sunday is a bit more adventurous.

Good morning all. Funchal looks lovely Alan - It's somewhere I've never been.
It's a nice sunny morning here. I want to go to Decathalon sometime today to collect some stuff I've ordered for my sons birthday. Later - a pub lunch and afternoon walk.

I remember Funchal so well Alan, we went there in 1992, it was beautiful.

Nice and sunny here this morning, have got the washing out on the line already, and all my vegetables are prepared ready for lunch.

Ah, Funchal...had a lovely week there, and also a cruise stop. A lovely island and one I dearly wish to return to.

Yes, that late sunshine was a bonus wasn't it? Was out for a short while chatting to neighbours.

Allotment trading shed shift today. I plan on taking it easy when I get home, and might watch some telly in bed, Catch Up. I'll see what energy I have, lol.
