One of our family favourite films there Older Git (toss up between Brian and Holy Grail)! And I struggled with Latin for 8 years, though it got easier when I found cribs for the endless Cicero translations and I did enjoy it when I had one to ones with our irascible officially retired ex-public boys' school master focussing on The Aeneid. I am truly ashamed of how little I remember - can't even translate Latin inscriptions these days. And yet if you should ask me (not advised) to sing Manfred Mann's Do Wah Diddy Diddy, not heard since the 60s, I would be word perfect!

I didn't get Latin at school. Modern Studies was my demon.
