I shall stay with windows 7 ,i tried windows 8 and didn't get on with it .
I don't know why they have to keep changing the format ,no doubt there will be faults on w10.

Easy answer why, it is so they can sell a revamped system . Bit like car manufactures who keep "fiddling" with one part or another to sell them
