Snoring

Are you a snorer? Or maybe your partner snores?

I can't think of anything worse than laying awake at night listening to someone snoring, especially when you try the elbow jab and they sleep through that as well!

It appears we are a nation of snorers

As the offending snorer is rarely aware of the habit, the causes eg. diet, drinking, smoking etc are very often not taken seriously.

Has anyone actually 'cured' the snorer in their life?

Re: Snoring

Although myself and hubby are big people, we never snore but that's probably because we never lay on our backs, only on our side or stomach.

Re: Snoring

Hubby's a snorer, and I know I won't be curing him! When it keeps me awake, I just get up and go to the other bedroom!
But, I am a snorer too apparently! I have to believe it, cos I have continuous sinus problems!

Re: Snoring

Joking aside, snoring could be a sign of sleep apnoea -
Sleep apnoea causes high blood pressure and sufferers have a 30% higher risk of heart attack.
