Happy Sunday Folk.

Taken at Calke Abbey.
I went round to my son's yesterday to get my instructions re looking after the cats. I find that I have to go over to his house 9 times in total as his son is looking after them some of the time. I'll do it for him but I hope he asks a neighbour to look after them next time he's on holiday.

Good morning everyone, clear sky at the moment the first time in a week or so, thank goodness the gloom has lifted for a while.

We are going to Clumber Park today where they are holding a food fair, my favorite type of event with hopefully lots of nice things to sample and we'll buy some fresh scones for tea.

Good morning all. Calke Abbey looks nice Alan - I've never been, even though it's in my own county.

I think we're going for a pub lunch today and a short afternoon walk through the woods.
Later this evening the grandchildren are coming to stay. We have them overnight when my daughter in law is on the night shift. (she works at a home for autistic children)

Hi Alan,

Does your Son live quite a long way from you?

I don't think its fair asking your parents to look after the Pets, I don't ask anyone to look after mine, Coco goes straight into the Cattery.

Just doing some dusting and hovering at the moment.

Off to the M.I.L's after lunch, do her shopping for her.
