Cruising down the river..........
We did about a 4 mile walk yesterday to reach the pub where i paid £8.95 for a fish pie which was not all that good. We won't be going back there in a hurry.

Good morning everyone, thick with fog again here which didn't lift at all yesterday, but I'm hoping it does today...

I'm picking more raspberries this morning and this afternoon I'm hoping to cut my Mum's lawns.

That's expensive for a fish pie Alan. I only paid £7 for two
meals at Wetherspoons last week.

I'm starting walking today - eight weeks after breaking my ankle. A short 3 mile walk on easy paths. I don't think I'll be rambling in the Peak District for a while but it's a start.

Good morning all, misty but warm here today. The rest of the work on the shed should be completed today, I'm very pleased with the work and the workers. One of them asked the wife if he could have some of the rose seed pods on the creeping rose bush beside the shed, it seems his wife dries them out and makes herbal tea from them, well I never, yuk!, you learn something new everyday, he went off delighted with a big bag of them.
