Me - I'm a glass half full person Chr1st1an - what's the point of being anything else?
Saying that - I think today will be a gloomy one. It is persisting it down with rain, dark as dark can be and generally unpleasant. However - the cricket is going well ....
Now, I'm off to ring my travel co to ask where in hell my tickets are (we leave the house a week from now) - I phoned before the break and they were 'chasing them'. Grrr, not many chasing days left, with weekends and bank holidays and postal ineptitude. The result might change my mood!

First of all thanks for reminding me it's Tuesday, this time of year I can never remember where I am
As Dinahsmum says there is only one way to be, glass half full

I do sometimes enter the new year a lttle bit concerned though about what it will bring.

Same as all the above - always try to look on the bright side. Although it is freezing here again today... but the Central Heating soon takes care of that (hope I haven't jinxed it now lOL!)

Bitterly cold today despite the sun: winds are howling and it's only -4 (26 F) and the wind chill is -13! I had to go to the library as I've missed the last three Saturdays because of the horrid weather, and I had finished all my emergency books. And needed gin also. Will be indoors the rest of the day, too &@!%*&^ cold!

I'm a glass half full person too, although I like to prepare for what might go wrong. I'd say I'm fairly optimistic about the new year. DM, hope those tickets appear!

Its been cold here too and raining. I hope I am optimistic. Always count your blessings, things could have been worse etc etc.

I think I might be getting a reputation as being the mad old bat. I seem to be falling out with people I don't know on a regular basis. Its not doing my blood pressure any good. Maybe I need HRT patches or something/

Another half-full glass person. Like to think I have a good sense of humour - it's what gets me through this silly world of ours!

It's -3 and snowing here - nothing unusual! Heading out in it soon with the puppers for a romp! The snow's too powdery for snowballs, but I'll still throw it for them! It's the Newfies favourite game - chase the white snow, when it lands in the white snow! Never said they were smart!!
