my house and yours?
Just purchased this one and having work done as it has been neglected a bit by the previous owners
Garage 48 ft long by 22ft wide one section (not seen here) is workshop. my freelander in garage I no longer have. Wife and her car must have been out on a shopping trip
Main bathroom ripped out and in process of being replaced
new central heating boiler and work done on rads.
7/8 door lock/catches replaced
4 window latch gear boxes being replaced with sliders fo.r
oven professionally cleaned as it was terrible
4 tv aerials taken off roof (don't even ask why so many?)
ongoing redecoration in every room
3 of the 4 bedrooms need new carpets as does hall stairs and landing
but we are getting there
Bathroom nearly finished the tiling all new fitting ready to go in
Replaced in onsuite rad with heated towel rail
Downstairs cloakroom has new radiator and to be refurbished later on

Just me and my wife. Something to rattle around in. No seriously it is something we can leave to our children as a bit of inheritance. Also no problems when the family come to visit for a few days.I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it on right move. The garage can take a camper van or caravan hence the height

It looks very nice Bazza
too big for me though, I want less to keep clean and in order as I grow older .As for children coming to stay, I am looking forward to it being the other way around and my staying with them and making use of their power and food for a change
