Hiow do you like your eggs in the morning? I like mine with a kiss. Tum te tum tum la la la dum.... Sorry, getting carried away

I have a boiled egg every morning. I just love eggs in any shape or form. They're always a staple to have in the cupboard.

Poached, boiled, scrambled, an omelette?

I go through phases Alice, poached and omelette's for me.

I suppose we get through a lot of eggs in a week. We have one with a salad and omelettes and Sheila does a lot of baking using eggs.

I love eggs however I decide to do them.

My husband even boiled an egg to have in my salad the other day.

Boiled or poached and these days they must be 'Clarence Court Burford Browns' from Waitrose. They taste amazing with rich thick yolks like the eggs of my childhood from our own hens .
They actually taste even better than the free range organic 'pick your own eggs ' from the farm shop.
