To try and regain my former fitness following a broken ankle.
I have the plaster taken off tomorrow... First thing I'm going to do is go for a swim.

OMG... I've got a few..

#1 to continue working as well as collecting my SS check

#2. To lose weight. I'm down 20 pounds.. (1 stone 6lbs) so far.

#3. To gain fitness and muscle definition

#4. To have a "movie star" smile. ie.. new dentures

#5.. To do have a little work done on some facial sags and bags.

#6 to sell both my houses and purchase my dream home

#7 To figure out exactly what I want to do when I DO retire.

Audrey you've done brilliantly with your weight loss. You've got a few goals and I've a feeling that you will achieve them.

I've also got to decorate my flat. I've been there 18 months and haven't lifted a paintbrush yet!
