I was having the family to lunch this weekend but there is a childrens friends birthday party three days running so it will have to be next weekend.

I hope to Cycle round Carsington Water, and maybe visit Dovedale.

I ve rode round Carsington ,a lot longer ride than i expected .and last month i was treated to Dovedale ,i love that place only went as far as the stepping stones , it was my dog first encounter with a stream and she took to it like a duck .

We plan on having a walk round a local country park. They hire out mobility scooters so I may get one of those to save Tony having to push me in the wheelchair.
That's all really. Even if I didn't have a broken ankle we wouldn't be going far. All the crowds & traffic - no thank you.

So what are you looking at gravestones for Eliza?

My brother asked me to look up an ancestor in a cemetery close to me Carol,

Do you live near there Spitty ? We are having 3 nights at Breach farm, just outside Carsington, for my birthday next month. I'll buy you a pint if I bump into you.

Nothing special planned for the weekend but we are expecting family around some time. If the weather is nice (if), we will probably have a walk along the seafront.
