Bhudda

I'm not a great lover of ornaments in the home, but do have a bhudda in most of the rooms. Previously in my last house I had wee elephant ornaments in the conservatory.

Do you collect a particular ornament? I've a friend who collects thimbles

Hi Alice,

I am a Buddhist lover, but only have two ornaments (see pic).

Re: Bhudda

I collect blue Wedgewood but as it's quite expensive I don't buy it very often. I do have quite a lot now though.

Re: Bhudda

I have a little buddha on my hearth, my daughter has a jade one which she got in Thailand but I bought mine for a modest sum

I also have some Lladro porcelain which I loved since I was a small girl, I loved the ladies with their big swirly dresses so wonderfully crafted in porcelain.

This little silver Schnauzer was a gift from a friend. It was made in Italy and I understand is a one off..

Sorry it is not very clear..

Re: Bhudda

Anita one of my mum's friends loves Lladro. It, again, is expensive, but having a few pieces is nice.

It's funny how we just all like a particular ornament. Anyone heard of Wally Dugs? That was a popular ornament in my mum's time and she still has some!!

Can't say I'm fond of them!!
