Do You Finish What You Start

If you have a bunch of jobs to get done, big or small, do you finish one before beginning another?

I have a tendency to begin a few as in multitasking & try to complete my tasks but don't always make it.

I am a procrastinator and often gets me in trouble lol I tend to keep the most dreaded jobs at the end, even knowing I should get rid of them first, I just can't make myself get to them. I also have a tendency to tackle a few at the same time !

I also start several things at once and although they may change order at times I usually finish 'em all.

Things will get finished -Eventually, but I tend to get distracted too easily.

Re: Do You Finish What You Start

I'm totally the opposite - if something has to be done, it's done because if I don't finish a job, it'll niggle me. OH used to say 'sit down for five minutes', but no........

I've always been the same, although don't get me wrong, I'm no angel !!

I too tend to procrastinate but once I start on a job (one at a time) I finish it.

Some jobs have beaten me for sure. I start off with the greatest resolve but will accept defeat if need be. Hell, our greatest asset is our brain box and to pursue something that you will never be able to acquire is a recipe for disaster; hey and loads have ended up on the rocks because of it. Me I is a realist.

If I list about 5 smallish jobs they'd get done but I get distracted easily too so I pretty well have to write them down so they 'look' more important

I like that approach AC. If I have a lot of jobs I want doing I write them down too.
It gives me a sense of satisfaction to tick them off as I do each one..

Silly I know but it works for me.
