The yellow lines outside my flat...

...seem to always attract cars and drivers who sit outside with engines running, talking loudly and/or radios blaring.

What the...?

I have my french door open because of the heat and I find it disturbing. Oh, they've gone now. But they weren't the first today.

That's usually the case Julie, but it seems always on the yellow lines. Some drivers just love flouting road rules.

An air rifle and a few pellets in their tyres and they might think twice about parking there. How good a shot are you Jan darlin???
