White - chocolate ?

How do they make white chocolate - white, is it just adding more milk ?

I had a Marks lolly last night - ice cream covered in white chocolate (Belgium) the best white chocolate I've tasted.
Got me wondering ........

The white one are the best, only had Magnums though!! Might have to google it. As long as they don't stop making them we're ok.

It is made with cocoa butter and milk solids, not cocao as milk and dark chocolate are.

a friend of mine loved white chocolate and i would buy her several bars of it for giving me lifts to choir practice,The sounds of joy she made when i gave them to her,she couldnt wait to get home to eat them

Funny - I'm not mad about it but, the Marks box had 2 white in there, so tried one and it was good quality choc
Tried Asda one today - not good
