Happy Monday Folk.

Just one of many waterfalls in the Italian Alps near Gressoney La Trinite.
Taking our son to Hunstanton today for a visit to the seaside which he very rarely sees living in the centre of Germany.

Good Morning all. Feels a little fresher here this morning as it has rained in the night. Just been out for my morning walk - 4 miles through a small woodland and along the river. I forgot my camera so, naturally, this was the day that I saw Cinnabar Moths and met a couple of Weasels!

Morning all.
Ditto to all comments above!

Might go down to allotment and do weeding, or might do supermarket shop. Hmmmmm...what sounds the more attractive option?

Have to do a fasting blood test at some point but being Monday will most probably be busy, and the centres don't open till 9ish. But no rush...got nearly 2 months, lol.

Good morning everyone. Hospital appointment at 9am so off in a mo as I will walk it. Its just under three miles so hoping my old legs manage it in time.

Going into town later to look for a new pair of sandals and a few other odds and ends.
