Jack7

Jack7 was banned from Saga and FPF ; he was like marmite, loved or hated.

He died yesterday. I will miss him. Thought I would mention his passing here in case anyone remembers him.

He seemed a very angry, sarcastic man but he was never boring to read and he made ranting an art - he was definitely a one-off.

Sad to hear - he stirred up a lot of easily roused fusty forum folk in his day, and I admired him for his fortitude even when I didn't agree with him. Getting banned from a forum usually means you are getting too close to the truth for people's comfort. A vanishing example of the English eccentric. RIP Jack.

Yes, I remember him - I can't say fondly as I found him too acerbic and down-right rude - he definitely had a chip on both shoulders BUT I never wish ill of anyone, even Jack7. stevmk2
