Rage

This really rarely happens. But just an hour or so ago I was SO ANGRY - and for no reason. I hadn't eaten any sugar or junk food. Nobody said anything to trip my trigger. I just had an irrational rage. Felt like PMS from way-the-hell back in the day.

Anybody else experience such?

Personally I rarely get angry, I think I have lost my temper about 3 times in over 30 years and it doesn't last long.

I agree it is so irrational I actually get very annoyed with myself afterwards, such a pointless emotion.

Waiting for the flack for this, BUT ........
I reckon it's a gender thing.

Sure there are bad-tempered, angry males - but domestically and in the work place and even in community groups, I see far more women turn into raging lions (or lionesses) usually over absolute trivia.

Re: Rage

What a load of tosh.

As I stated. I am usually very easygoing. That is why I was so aware of what was happening. But I'm used to seeing that kind of malarkey from Oz.

Interesting point. Down at the bowls club the men's section all rub along together , a lot of joshing but all in good humour. But the ladies section , wow, keep your head down when the fur starts to fly.

Re: Rage

I am pretty laid back, but don't suffer fools, gladly or any other way.

I have inherited a reckless "RED MIST" when everything literally turns red & I have no control over my actions & speech.

Twice this has happened in my lifetime, two too many.

Having said that, in this unpredictable world with all the violence, exploitation & unfairness, we probably should get angry more.& try and make an, if what, small difference
