Happy Sunday Folk.

A gloomy day near Whitby. It rained and was foggy all day so we never went out of our digs until the evening when we went to a local pub for our evening meal. It was OK though as there was another couple of our own age and we chatted with them all day.
We never got the promised storm yesterday. It rained for 3 hours in the morning but afterwards it was nice and sunny.

I can see blue sky although it's quite cloudy. Temperature expected to hit 20 degrees here today, but still a few showers forecast.

Morning all. Lashing down here this morning as I gaze out at my foot-long weeds/grass aka lawn. Wonder if it will ever be dry enough to mow...
