Good morning Friday
Good morning everyone, still thoroughly gloomy skies here but a drier forecast now for a couple of days .... We live in hope....
Shopping at Tesco first thing, a few odd jobs to do and then we are visiting friends this afternoon.

Good morning Barry and all to come in. Alan should be back sometimetoday I think.
Well I am still in the land of the living. Wouldn't recommend the operation
to anyone so fingers crossed you don't have to have it too.
Very stressful long day awake at 3am there at 7.30am no food since the
day before no drink from 6.30am my mouth was like a pit
In bed on the ward at just after noon and drinking tea of course.
Home just after 2pm in bed til 2am this morning and had to get up for
my pot of tea and honey. Feel better now although not 100% of course.
Not as bad as they said it might be but probably got off lightly.
Hope everyone has a lovely day. No great sunshine yet so we might
have had Summer the other week for a week hope not.
Take care all and have a nice day. Wont be going for a walk for a few
days yet so bingo online for me later on

Morning Barry and everyone else.Sandy, hope you feel ok soon.
Not looked at the weather but it seems ok (can't hear any rain, thunder or owt!)
And it's hey ho hey ho, off to feed the cat I go! Stayed a good hour last night, while she sat in the garden. Then she'd come in, I'd lock the door then minutes later she'd be back at the door again. The owner assured me she didn't like the garden cos of other cats. Unless she felt protected by me, lol.
Still no word from owner or her son: wondering if they've got no phone signal where they are. Their day of coming home could be anytime. Just hope the food and litter supplies see me through. My brother laughed when I told him of my 'fee' per visit. He said,' let them stay away, you're earning money, I'll do it!'
Ah well. Kerching, as they say.
Laters. Better have breakfast and get ready.
