Would you, if you had the cash?

Or maybe have your eyes more Oriental or lips fuller.
Perhaps adding a bum if you haven't already got one, lol.

Ontario doesn't pay for cosmetic surgery for happiness sake only. Of course if its for medical reasons, that's different.

No...I would never undergo surgery for vanity.

No. I don't see the point in having a general anesthetic which always carries an element of risk for the sake of vanity.

I don't like to see mask like faces and fish pouts or artificial breast I think they look horrid...

Yeah, why not, as long as the corrective surgery will enhance your life to some extent.

My 27 yr old niece called to see me today and she is very worried about sagging skin on her belly after she has lost a ton of weight. She might never get rid of it. If surgery could remove it and not leave her badly scared then it makes sense to have it removed. I don't think she will because it will undoubtedly leave a nasty scar, but if that isn't, or wasn't, the case then she might.

There are lots of scenarios where a little nip and tuck could help. Yeah, if it will help someone gain back some lost confidence then I don't see a problem with it.
