Happy Thursday Folk.

Fishermen on the lake near Aldwincle in Northants.
Pub lunch and shopping day today. I'll be mowing the front lawn first though if it's dry enough.

Good morning everyone, dull and overcast at the moment and rain forecast for later.

I'll be chopping wood for a while this morning and my Mum is coming to lunch which will be her favourite pie and mash with chocolate fudge cake and ice cream to follow... yum

Going to be raining most of the day but more expected over the weekend.
Don't know where this heat wave we were supposed to be getting is.
Probably gone to Spain again.

Mornning everyone!

Raining over here as well. Don't mind though because my flower beds and veggie gardens really need it. Doglet and I are off to the "piac" ... farmers market ... this morning, to buy some green pepper and celery plants. As its so much cooler today I can leave her in the car and have a good wander round without worrying about her getting overheated!

buenas dias all. Hazy here at the present time, not so sunny as of late but no doubt it will be later. Off to meet up with friends in a short while then some food shopping. Tomorrow Mr Clumsy has two hospital follow up appointments, first x-ray then specialist and I think that will be it, he is doing just fine. Have a pleasant day all.

Morning all
Raining here but the borders need it and the water butts need topping up.
Saw a sparrowhawk land in the garden yesterday..we thought we had heard him calling over the holiday weekend.

Good old Jaywick too Jan - spent many happy holidays there as a child.
