The Queen's clothes

Been watching the Queen on our local news just now and admiring what she was wearing. It got me thinking about what does she do with her clothes when she has worn them once. Never seem to see her in the same outfit twice. Any ideas?

Re: The Queen's clothes

I think the Queens clothes are usually pretty horrible. The only thing which changes is the fabric.

The length of skirts has been the same since she became queen, two inches below the knee I would guess and I think they are now far too short for a woman of her age and build. Something a little longer would be more flattering .

I wish one of the younger royals would give her a few tips on how to dress .

Her taste got better as the years went on - I hope, she gives them to charity .....

I can't imagine her giving them to an ordinary charity shop such as we have in our high street though.

You could be right Patsy, but what a terrible waste of money. Can't see why she can't wear the same outfit on more than one occasion.

I think she does - I'm not an avid watcher, but I think she does - or is it 'not the done thing' ......

No idea Patsy but I don't remember seeing her in the same thing more than once but then, like you, am not an avid watcher. I can't imagine her wearing an outfit in public more than once though. Perhaps I'm mistaken though.

Heck, I'd better keep a low profile then.
